Specifications and key points for using concrete vibrators:

1.The diameter, frequency, and amplitude of the vibrating rod are the main factors that directly affect productivity, so a suitable vibrating rod should be selected before work.

2. Befare using a vibrator, the insulation condition of the motor should be checked first. When using a vibrator that has been idle for a long time, the insulation resistance of the motor must be tested. Only after passing the inspection can the power be connected for trial operation.

3. When the mator of the vibrator rotates, if the soft shaft does not rotate and the vibrating rod does not vibrate, it indicates that the direction of rotation of the motor is incorrect. Simply replace any two phase power lines. If the soft shaft rotates and the vibrating rod does not vibrate, the rod head can be shaken or lightly hit the ground to vibrate. After the trial operation is normal, it can only be put into operation.

4. During operation, the vibrating rod should naturally sink into the concrete and should not be pushed down forcefully. Generally, it should be inserted vertically and 5-10cm into the layer that has not yet set, to promate the bonding between the upper and lower layers.


5 .When vibrating, it is necessary to achieve "fast insertion and slow extraction". Quick insertian is to prevent the surface concrete from being compacted first ,causing layering and segregation with the layer concrete.        Slow pulling is to allow concrete to fill the space formed when the vibrating rod is pulled out in time.
