The MAXMACH ST Series is a professional grade concrete power trowel (also known as a power float or finishing trowel), designed for smoothing, compacting, and polishing concrete surfaces after pouring. It is widely used in the construction of warehouses, underground parking garages, large factory floors, bridge decks, and other large area concrete slabs. The machine works by rotating multiple trowel blades at high speed to produce a dense, flat, and glossy finish that meets the highest quality standards.

Unlike many conventional single disc or dual disc trowels, the ST series offers a versatile range of working diameters - from 24 inches up to 46 inches, plus twin head models (30″×2 and 36″×2) for extra wide coverage. This allows you to choose the perfect balance between maneuverability in tight spaces and productivity on open floors. Power is supplied by reliable petrol engines (e.g., Honda GX, Kohler, or other premium brands) or robust Chinese diesel engines, with output ranging from 4.0 kW to 16.5 kW, ensuring ample torque for all finishing stages - from initial compaction to final burnishing.

2.1 Independent Rotating Flywheel - Zero Dead Corners

The patented independent rotating flywheel enables the trowel head to rotate freely relative to the machine body. This means the operator can perform 360° spot turns without moving the entire unit - a game changer when working around columns, wall edges, lift doorways, and other confined areas. You can now achieve a consistent, uniform finish everywhere, with no need for hand held edge tools.

2.2 Ergonomic & Safety First Design

• Height Adjustable Handle - The handle can be tilted to suit operators of different statures, reducing fatigue during long working hours.

• Foldable Handle - For easy transportation and compact storage on site or in containers.

• Dead Man Switch (Emergency Stop) - A spring loaded safety lever that instantly stops the engine and blade rotation the moment the operator releases grip, preventing runaway accidents.

• Centrifugal Safety Switch - An additional backup: if the machine tilts or the operator loses control, the engine shuts down automatically.

• Screw Type Blade Adjustment - Allows precise, stepless control of the blade pitch angle, so you can fine tune the pressure from rough floating to high gloss finishing with a simple turn.
